What Is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching is a collaborative partnership between client and coach that empowers you to discover your unique needs; tap into your innate wisdom; create goals and plans, undergo growth, and thrive! Health coaching is a holistic approach to change that considers mind, body and spirit to support you in achieving wellbeing in all aspects of your life. As a Health Coach, I specialize in behavior change, creating a safe space for you to identify and overcome obstacles in your health and wellness.
How Does it Work?
- In our one-on-one sessions, I will ask questions to help you connect to your values and deepen your self-awareness.
- All sessions are private, non-judgmental, client-centered and individualized. You choose the topics and goals you wish to explore, and you decide upon the action steps.
- Initial sessions are typically 60-90 minutes, while follow up sessions are 30-90 minutes depending upon client preference.

Hi, I’m Becka! I am an integrative and holistic Health and Wellbeing Coach serving St. Cloud, Minnesota and beyond. I am board-certified by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching and hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Health and Wellbeing Coaching from the University of Minnesota.
I was drawn to the field of Health Coaching after struggling with my own health issues and finding integrative solutions to my conditions. On my journey towards health I discovered many wonderful resources. I decided that I wanted to help people in this way: connecting dots, eliciting strength, creating plans, allowing them to move through obstacles. I have a passion for helping people explore their health and wellness challenges and develop creative solutions.
My approach to health coaching is holistic, integrative and client centered. I view health holistically, considering challenges of the mind, body and spirit to be related and interconnected. I take an integrative approach to wellness, helping my clients explore treatments and therapies of their interest from a variety of traditions.
When working with my clients, I act as a neutral partner offering unbiased support. I employ deep listening, motivational interviewing and powerful questioning techniques to help you identify your area of focus. My goal is to help you connect to your inner power and elicit your inner wisdom!
